Daughter had a terrible Maths anxiety pre GCSEs. She was good at maths at primary school, but fell off over lockdown. Her confidence and ability really improved with regular sessions which she had daily over holiday times. She is managing her GCSEs without as much tension as she had over Christmas. Fingers crossed re her results…

A thorough learning experience!
After all the lockdowns, my daughter had so many gaps in her knowledge that she was ill-equipped to start the first year of GCSE maths. Thankfully, there was a space for her at Mathsnasium and she has really made strides over the last 8 months. She feels a lot more confident and her teacher has noticed a real improvement.

We highly recommend Mathnasium tuition. My daughter did the classes online and I just wish they had a centre in our town. It has really benefitted my daughter to improve her basic knowledge and how to apply this for ongoing problem solving as she moves up years at the secondary school.
We get regularly updates on how she is doing and we can contact the team anytime and have calls arranged to discuss anything we feel is needed at the time.
Mathnasium has great tutors who can support the children with their work and she felt comfortable asking them questions.

The girls (aged 8 and 5) absolutely love coming to mathnasium. I would never have thought I would have seen them so enthusiastic about doing maths, A great credit to the team there. Just brilliant. They love all their tutors. Even after 4 weeks of coming to mathnasium there is a notable difference in the girls confidence with maths,

Mathnasium Crouch End became more than a study tool for my daughter, it became her hobby! After finishing all her entrance exams I told he she didn't have to go anymore, it was also the start of the summer holidays and she had been accepted into all the school she wanted to attend. But she said '...I think I'd like to carry on going to mathnasium, I love going and I love maths.'. What more can I say, oh yes, that I'm not a mathematician and nor is her father. Mathnaseum is a kind caring environment and so welcoming . I would highly recommend, it teaches your child how to be independent in maths and not reliant on tools I.e their fingers ! Possibilities are therefore endless. I cannot wait to see my children’s confidence grow . Best investment of their lives. I don’t want my kids to suffer the way I did with maths.

My son really struggled with maths. He couldn't really grasp the simplest concepts. Since starting with Mathnasium he's gone from strength to strength. The other day his teacher told me he was the first one in the class to finish his maths sheet and he got the all right! What's more he loves his Masthnasium sessions! The tutors are warm and friendly and really tailor their teaching to your child. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have been very please with the team at Mathnasium of Crouch End with their teaching methods. They have really helped my daughter and bringing her up to the level that she should be. She is actually learning methods rather than memorising.
She is actually enjoying the lessons too and maths was her least favourite subject. It's bought her confidence up too.
I would highly recommend Mathnasium to anyone who is looking for their children to learn maths the proper way:)

My 9 yr old Daughter and 14 yr old Son attended Mathnasium a couple of times a week before COVID-19
They were both positive and attended the classes with high enthusiasm. Their Self -esteem increased immediately in every academic way especially in Maths.
As their mother, i am happy to state that they will both carry on attending Mathnasium and I would highly recommend the same to anyone with children with Low Maths, self-esteem.

Mathnasium makes maths easy and fun. My son keeps going back for more, he loves it. The tutors are great, and the atmosphere is lovely. The rewards system works well.
After attending for just a month, my 7 year old declared he wants to be a maths teacher when he grows up. I would thoroughly recommend Mathnasium. Well worth the money.

The biggest surprise for me is that the kids want to go and that I have no push back from them. I am looking forward to seeing a comparison evaluation at the end of this month to see how they are progressing. It’s a very well run Centre - they always have staff who are friendly and enthusiastic with the kids.

In terms of the tutoring and how much my son enjoys it, your service is top notch. My slight hesitation in recommending mathnasium is due to the price, which would not be affordable to many people. As much as I do think it's great, I would hesitate talking about it to everyone in order to avoid people feeling uncomfortable about it when they find out the cost.
