News from Mathnasium of Dulwich

While we are planning on continuing our online @home program indefinitely, we are pleased to finally be able to open the centre doors back up to your students on Monday July 13^th, following strict local and state guidelines. We will be offering scheduled one hour sessions Monday to Wednesday 2pm-6pm, Thursday to Saturday 10am-3pm.

In the best interests of everyone's health and safety, the following protocols need to be read, reviewed and followed. Please discuss them with your child also prior to attending so the expectations are already known.

Student and staff health considerations

• Students should not come to the centre if they are sick or running a fever
• All staff will be wearing face covers, and students are encouraged to wear one but not required
• All students and staff shall wash and sanitise their hands at the start and end of the session
• Students will have their own writing materials to keep in their binder
• Staff will handle all binders and other materials
• Tables and chairs will be cleaned down between sessions

Student distancing

• All sessions will be scheduled 1 hour sessions, see the link below to schedule your appointments
• We will have a maximum of 6 students in the centre at any one time
• Each student will be assigned a separate table no closer than 6 ft from each other
• We request that all sessions start and end on time

Parent / Guardian flow in centre

• The parent waiting area will remain closed for now. Students can be brought to the door or dropped off outside
• Only Mathnasium students will be allowed to enter the building
• Students will remain in the waiting area until you come to the door or pull up outside
• Parent conferences are welcome anytime over the phone or on the @home platform.

We will aim to make the sessions fun and engaging like before while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and safety.
